As usual, service was very good. But also as usual, something in saunas didn't work. This time jacuzzi, kneip and steam sauna during mud treatment. If you need peace and quiet in saunas, I wouldn't recommend Friday afternoon/evening, because there is a group of around 10 people that seem to meet there every week and are very loud (they were greeting each other and debating about start of new sauna season, commenting loudly on sauna masters...).
Prices on bills for drinks in restaurant Lati were higher than those in the menu at the table, so menus are probably old.
Staff is very friendly and rooms are clean and well equipped.

Room tip: I would recommend older renovated part rather than new part of hotel if you do not mind smaller room. All parts of hotel are connected with corridors, but older part is nearer to restaurant, bar, pools and wellness.

The rooms are new and nice, but the mould is starting to grow in the bathroom and it floods since the drains aren't big enough. With a todler you can't have slippery floors. The whole place needs a good clean, including the pools and resting chairs, windows, carpet floors. If you have the money, visit Hotel Sotelia, Terme Olimia in Slovenia. Far better. Also the childrens' play room was only open from 10am-noon and then from 18-20 oclock. The play room should be iprn constantly. The kids loved it, bit were so disappointed when is closed after just teo hours of playing. The pools are huge, beu seriously how difficult is it to keep the place clean. Why do they have 100 of chairs laying around when no one's using them because it's too cold to swim outside. This could be an awesome hotel, but they are very shorthanded. Also, there's not much to do around the hotel, other than taking a car to Slovenia's Podčetrtek (castle, monastery, choc factory,..) so rather plan a trip there

Everything was great.
Staff service, a great variety of delicious food. Diverse pools with no crowds.
A great selection of saunas and massage was really relaxing.
We're definitely coming back this year too.
