We have booked 7 nights in October over there as it appears to be placed in a peaceful area of Panglao. The photos on their website indicates it is a classic hotel room we have booked and looked quite nice. But on the arrival we have discovered that this just what the management wants the guests to think. First of all the flush was not working in the toilet. We were told we need to fill it up with water every time we need to use it!!! I had to firmly preasurasie them to ACTUALLY FIX IT! That got done... The room is outdated and the furniture is in a poor state. The bathroom was horriffic! All the walls in the shower covered with mould and soap residue. The AC unit was old, dirty and super loud! Half of the lights in the room was not working. Breakfast was very average. Eventually we have cut the stay short and felt the place with a bad impression. Have a look at the pictures...More
