We spent an afternoon participating in the Shojin Ryori class. It was very interesting! We learned a lot about the Japanese culture, their attitude towards food and its preparation. The setting was perfect for the class. It was so close to Kappabashi Dori, too. We are glad that we are living in the area and can attend other classes offered.

Amaizing sushi class. Learned how to do everything from scratch from a pro. This class was a lot of fun. Wasn’t a class to just roll maki. He went over the why’s and how’s of selecting the fish. Knowing what is good and poor quality is essential.

Like all good sushi, taste is essential and then there is the art. Beautiful presentation. Highly recommend this class

We did the classic Ramen and crispy gyoza class at chagohan on our first full day in Tokyo. It was a great way to start our stay in Japan. You don't need to be an amazing cook to be able to complete the class, they are very helpful and there is plenty of guidance. The food we made was awesome and at the end I couldn't believe I was eating what I cooked. We also got given the recipes at the end so we can try and make it when we get home.

I thoroughly recommend going to Chagohan Tokyo and doing one of their classes. Masa and Junko are a great team. Fun, friendly vibe and they guided us through the process of making Asakusa Classic Ramen and Crispy Gyoza. The food was delicious and all fresh natural ingredients. It was one of the highlights of my visit to Tokyo. Easy to find and get to too. Don’t hesitate book your class today. I did the Asakusa Classic Ramen & Gyoza Class.
