Spacious room (for Japan standard), comfy bed, good service & facilities (microwave, laundry room, iron), good location (right in front of Tokyo Sky Tree, subway station with direct train to both airports, bus to Disneyland and Haneda).

This hotel generally has good facilities. Breakfast is nice but it lacks variety as the same types of food are offered everyday. There is no bell service or there is no one to deliver your baggage to your room from the lobby. They however allow leaving your luggage with them if you arrive eary prior to checkin time which is nice. The hotel has very good location as it is near the mall, the subway, and the famous Skytree. My number one disappointment is their internet. It is very very slow which is highlu unusual considering that we are in Tokyo, Japan where the internet should have been faster than the Skinkansen bullet train. Surprisingly, my internet at home in the Philippines is faster than their wifi. I had a hardtime downloading doc files from my email even at midnight where usage should have been low. They also provide a mobile handyphone that has free internet but the downside is it does not allow hotspot so it is basicaly useless as all your apps like email etc..are in your own personal phone. Considering that we were not familiar with android phones as we use ios, it took us a long time settingup the phone but eventually abandoning it for being hard to operate. Holiday Inn Hongkong offers similar mobile phone service but they allow hotspot so no reason why this cant be done here in my opinion

This is an amazing hotel, right in the heart of Asakusa. There are temples on the doorstep, the sky tree is a 30 minute walk and the metro is situated conveniently for accessing other attractions in Tokyo. The food we had here, breakfast was a good mix of food with enough to meet everyone’s requirements. The room are comfortable, slightly small, but very useable.

Room Tip: We had a sky tree view room, so the back of the hotel meaning that we were away from the noise of the street.

First time to japan, we worried about the size of the hotel room let especially when we travel with toddler.

But surprisingly this hotel deliver beyond our expectation, we managed to open our 2 large luggage at the same time.

The hotel also located in really comfortable area in Oshiage, which is really suitable for family with kids. Around you will find convenience store, 24H fast food resto and mall (Tokyo Skytree Town)

The staffs are really helpful. They managed to clean the room everyday really well (hygiene is necessary for us with toddler). Also Back then, we had problem with Laundry machine, and they give us help and solution.

Transportation wise, you can take the Oshiage station across the hotel, which is stroller friendly. You can easily travel via Hanzomon Line or Asakusa Line to almost tourist places around Tokyo. The mall across hotel also have direct bus from/to Haneda Airport and Tokyo Disneyland.

If you're looking for more decent area, quite and not busy like Shinjuku or Shibuya, may consider this.

It was perfect choice for us, definitely will stay at the hotel again in the future.
