->Area and Surroundings:
The hotel is very near to Shinjuku central area (15 mins walk, 5-7 mins by Bus, 10 mins by Metro). The bus station is just in front of hotel, Shijuku – Goeyme Metro station is just 4 mins walk.

Daily grocery can be done from Seven Eleven just next to hotel and also Family mart and other various grocery and fruits shops within 2 mins walking range. The hotel itself has a small mini market in its reception area.

The area is very quiet overall, but there are many dining options, pubs and bars on the streets, and all are lively and good.

->Room:
I opted for an Executive Room, and the room was good for a short stay. The Room had a small kitchenette as we enter the room with an induction stove, a sink, hot water kettle, Bread toaster and all other supporting crockery and utensils.

Further, the room was semi – open layout, with a sitting couch comfortable for 2 people. There was a working desk which had wifi router, a perfume machine, paper pen and other basic catalogues for available electronics of the room.

This room had a 2/3 glass sliding door which had enclosed a queen size bed. The bed was soft and pillows were good for a comfortable sleep.

->Bathroom and Bathing experience:
The bathroom was not very huge, but convenient for quick shower or WC. The bathroom had electric WC which is very common in good hotels and restaurants of japan. The bathing tub doubled up as the shower enclosure with curtain. The water temperature valve was set at 40 Deg and locked for safety. One can of course unlock and make water more hot or cooler. The hotel did provide all toiletries in the room.

The wash basin was just outside the bathroom (kind of in the living room), making it convenient for regular usage.

->Hotel Staff
The hotel staff was always helpful and warm. The rooms have good fast wifi and its Free.

->Breakfast:
I did not opted for breakfast with the hotel and i made good breakfast for myself using kitchen and on few days we went out to Seven Eleven to grab some sandwiches and also a shop nearby for fruit.

->Swimming Pool / Gym / Spa:
The hotel does not have a pool, but does have a small gym.

Special mention:
Wifi Speed was good during our stay. and we loved our stay in this hotel and city.

Room Tip: I guess city view rooms are better

In a quiet area of Shinjuku, but only a 10 minute wal to Centre, where all the hustle and bustle is. Comfortable bed, and a great bonus, it had a kitchenette, so you could have your own food, and make your own drinks. Just around the corner, there is the national gardens, which are amazing, You could spend all day there.Train station only a 10 minute walk away.

Room Tip: Ask for a top floor room.

The location of the property was perfect. It was still very close to Shinjuku (2 subway stations away), yet it was in a quiet area. There was a street next to the property with plenty of dining options. Property has an excellent and clean kitchenette, shared laundry and dryer facility. The staff were very helpful and assisted us in making restaurant reservations in Tokyo and they kept my luggage that I sent a week earlier from Sapporo. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartments, very spacious after other city rooms, great to have a kitchenette too! Not to mention Landry In the building. Great location, friendly staff, enjoyed the funky style after mainly traditional styles. Room didn’t have ability to ‘separate to 2 rooms for privacy ‘ as per our booking detail, but felt so blissed in a ‘large’ room after Osaka we kinda forgot about it. Totally recommend staying here. And Dominoes delivered to our room! What a treat for a lazy night off.

This hotel I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the middle of Shinjuku, it is within walking distance of all attractions including the golden gai right outside the entrance and resturants and robot show on the other side. The rooms come small but unless u plan on being in their 24/7 it's not a big deal. The staff were accomadating and made use feel welcome. If u get a chance go for breakfast before you start your day the chefs were polite and it's a typical buffet breakfast. I would recommend this to couples or families looking not to travel to far to attractions.
