this hotel location is very nice to avoid crowded area of shinjuku but just 2 metrostation ride, near government metropolitan building and shinjuku national garden. the checking process is now contact less.Room space is small but effective space use for 2 guests, luggage can be put underneath bed. the hotel has public bath for free for guests.

Stayed on a solo trip for 4 nights, and could not be happier with the hotel. The location is excellent for getting around with a subway station right across from the street, and a family mart convenience store as across the street as well. The staff was efficient and friendly and genuinely helpful. As for the room, while some reviews complain about the size, I loved it. Everything is laid out in a well thought out manner to be as comfortable and convenient as possible in the limited space. Comfortable and cozy for me, with a great bath tub and shower- wonderful pressure and temperature range. I’ll definitely be back when I return to Tokyo !

room is tiny (like most of the hotels in Tokyo). Overall it's good hotel to stay for budget travelers. APA chain hotels have several location throughout Tokyo, I stay the one which located outside the crowded area to keep the noise minimal. It's a good hotel and highly recommend when visit to Tokyo.
