Good place to stay. Friendly, hospitable and kind staff. Accessible to Mall, wharf station and outside resto. Its just that we have no wifi inside our room need to go out of the room to have signal. But the place and staff are good.

We booked the cheapest room which cost about 26 USD. The bed is very small for 2 persons. Room faces the front door and has a balcony. Room has aircon and hot shower. The garden is nice but with unfriendly notice "Keep off the grass". Several notice papers are in the room which gave me a feel of staying in an apartment with many rules. I'm ok with those rules and I follow strictly. Just that if you're sensitive to them, you might feel not comfortable. Breakfast was in the nice garden. They didn't ask what we wanted to order, just brought the sandwich and fried eggs. We saw other guests having rice and we actually prefer rice. But we ate ours anyway. A short walk from Tagbilaran Port. On the way there's a local eatery with ready cooked foods.

We stayed here with group of friends. The surroundings looks clean and safe but we were uncomfortable and didn’t have a good sleep. The AC were blowing hard and no matter how adjustment we made. It’s still blowing and they only provide a very think sheet for you to cover. Your t shirt can be thicker than the sheet they provide! Anyway, bfast was not bad. Apart from the duvet, no much complain. We booked triple room and 2 beds provided. The other bed is next to the toilet door. Maybe they can re arrange it better?
