We loved our stay at this hotel. While it may not be the flashiest place I've ever stayed, what made it special were the staff and the service they provided. We were treated like honoured guests and made to feel part of the family of staff running the hotel. I think the highlight was being included in the Christmas Party which involved plenty of amazing Filipino dishes and games! We would strongly recommend visiting.

Worth every penny paid. Very accommodating staff, from the driver, receptionist to dining crew. Has a free airport transfer.
If you book with a tour, they also offer free service from the hotel to any destination.

My family stayed last Nov. 2 -5, 2016. If you are looking for a not costly place in Tagbilaran well I will highly recommend this pension house. The place is very clean, the food are excellent. They have a wooden floors as if you are in your old ancestral home that makes you feel comfortable and relax. The also offer a range of tours. I will also like to commend their very friendly staff, from the receptionist (Marites/I forgot the name of the girl), room attendants, drivers/tour guides (Alden - he is very friendly and accomodating), and of course their manager, Keep it up. Great customer service makes you ahead of others.

My hubby and I stayed at this hotel last August 29 to 31. The location is less than 15 minutes away from the Tagbilaran Airport. They have a free airport-hotel-airport transfer and we we're picked up even if we were the only 2 passengers in the van. We came in a little early from their check in time but they allowed us to have an early check in without any additional charge. The room is very spacious and clean. The rooms look like rooms from old houses even the hallways look like that but not in a creepy kind of way. The place is also quiet which we really like. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We DIY all our travels, we don't rely on tours so we just keep asking the staff how to get from one place to another, where is the best place to eat, etc. I even texted them a little late in the night to ask where is the best homegrown café in town to get coffee and desserts and they reply really quick and they did gave us a really awesome café to chill. When it comes to their breakfast the menu is very simple but the taste is awesome. Their French toast is so good, and their tapa and chicken tocino amazing. You can also tell that the staff have professional training, everytime we say thank you for their services they always answer us with "you're welcome" such polite staff. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and will definitely recommend this to my friends and family who will visit Bohol. Budget friendly too.

It's a little old, like an old home turned into a pension. Concrete with wooden floors, spacious & airconditioned rooms. Comfort room is typical, not flat screened TV & no telecom. Free breakfast, with a mini restau-bar. Located a few minutes from the heart of the city, the environment is friendly & quiet.
