Catfish hotel

When you first arrive at the hotel, you notice the beautiful sorroundings, two pools with ocean views, decorated with flowers and plants. Nice decorations and modern looks.

They really catfished us with nice pictures of what looked
like a dream! However when we opened our room, it was more like a nightmare, 3 beds crammed into a tiny room, dirty bedsheets covered in stains, there was a bug on my moms pillow, and the window with the ocean view that we were promised, had a view of the hotels gym instead.

We went to complain to the staff, they wouldn’t know what service was even if it was written on their foreheads.
Overall a terrible experience of broken promises, this hotel had potential, but the disappointing service and terrible staff make it a hotel nightmare.

Incredible view and nice pool

We love Ocean Suites.

Yummie food and the best coffee in Bohol.

Very affordable.

Great owners and wonderful staff.

Great place for a morning cup of coffee while you enjoy the sunrise, or a cold beer to watch the sunset

Great for couples or families.

Not so happy birthday anymore

It’s my first time to write this kind of review.I would like to express my disappointment from your unsatisfactory level of service. I have expected much! the breakfast was free but who wants to eat their food.! It’s not so happy birthday anymore. The staff was not even considerate. We try to ask them if ever we can avail the complementary cake for my mom birthday , they said no because they separate the restaurant already and we understand but this morning we try to ask them again if ever we can take out our 2 free breakfast because my mom have a early schedule to the hospital today. And again they even allowed us.

very dirty, lack of maintance. Great view from the pool over looking the ocean.

The maintance is terrible, we stayed one night in two rooms. Both rooms the aircon was noisy making it hard to sleep. The hot water is broken with multiple guests having the same issue. The is no toilet host bidet to wash your bits in room 103. The rooms were dirty they need to buy a vaccum. The roof leaks in multiple locations making all the tiles throughout the hotel very slippery and very dangerous. The meals and drinks in the resturaunt are nice but are abit on the expensive side. The view from the pool over looking the ocean was beautiful. good design for a hotel but they really need to perform a better maintance and cleaning scedule.

Room tip: dont waste your money here until the maintenance level is better.

Very accommodating, a great views , beautiful sunset, very comfortable, high standard in terms cleanliness, their staff are frie

Pool is so clear, surrounded with beautiful flowers, lights are amazing designed , coffee shop are available here including drinks, rooms size is big, comfort rooms are highly standard, highly recommended for all your friends and love ones.

Room tip: If you are planning to bring some foods please put it inside your room.
