Spent 2 weeks in Tokyo for summer vacation. Stayed here and this my 3rd stay. So convenient and centrally located in Tachikawa. Clean rooms and great staff. Spoke with several staff in training who were working to be full time employees. They were very knowledgeable and very helpful. Posted photo of Mets from south entrance and several info sheets about hotel.

It's a clean and no-frills hotel. The best thing about the hotel is its location right above the JR station. That means you have the department stores, shops and restaurants right downstairs. The windows of the hotel are sound-proof.

The hotel is connected with Train station and malls. Few more other malls are connected through bridges and all. The twin room was good enough space and I would say not as cramp as other hotel I stayed. Upon arrival with my sister, they gave use a woman only floor equipped with security door just after the lif. It provides additional different type of pillow and skin care sets from DHC brand, facial mist machine, ionizer hair dryer(the bigger ones) and air purifier/humidifier.

Totally recommend and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They help us to deliver our baggage to another hotel using Yamato Taqbin. I'm not sure if they have english speaking staff tho.

The location is EXCELLENT, the hotel is so worth every cent. Rooms are small but the bathroom is spacious and well equip. There are 3 malls within a minutes walk, plenty of food within the area and its one straight railway line to the heart of Tokyo. What a lovely gem of a hotel.

Room tip: If you need more space they have bigger rooms.

This hotel is right at the Tachikawa train station which can be reached by 1 min walk from gates. It is about 30 min train ride from very busy Shinkuju so is an alternative to central Tokyo. Room is clean and has almost everything needed. Very good standard as a business hotel in Japan. There is also enough choice of restaurants within easy walking distance. Direct access by airport bus from Narita airport. A very convenient hotel at the suburb of Tokyo.
