I mean it literally. It is all made on the spot, fresh and wonderful. The mozzarella is divine, the prosciutto and truffles panino is indescribable and the bresaola is perfect. That was all we had, unfortunately - I wish we had more time to taste the whole menu. Also, it's close to the Guttuso museum, so it's perfect for a light lunch after the visit.
