The location of the resort is perfect, walk directly onto a beautiful beach.

The services can do with a lot of improvement - the worst aspect was the salty water in the bathroom and shower. The wifi connection also needs to be improved so that it reaches to the rooms not just the reception area.

We stayed at this resort for 2 days only, but the experience was great! I cannot forget how the sand melts in my hands ☺️ that’s how fine it was! We took a long walk by the beach until sunset, it was so romantic. This place is not as busy as other beaches in Panglao, no Bars and Pubs but the resorts have decent menu for the guests. They have free breakfast actually. There were no locals who will offer you boat rides or water activities as well. It think its not common there.

1. Late check in. We arrived 3PM their said check in time but got inside the room at 4pm since the guests havent left yet bc they allow hour extensions of stay w/ additional payment per hour compromising the next guest; and they were still ceaning the room. We were showered with dust as we wait outside while they were sweeping. Since they made us wait for an hour before we could even get inside the room, they should have deducted an hour from the room rate to be fair enough.
2. Early check out. 11AM? First time encountered resort or hotel w/ such check out time. 12noon is the usual so we can even enjoy what we payed for.
3. Unjustifiable food. Pizza’s crust so thin like a sheet of paper for P300+ our tummies werent satisfied. Alberto’s much better. Baked scallops were cold and spoiled! We didnt eat em. We should have told them about it.
4. Salty water from CR’s faucet in our room. Disgusting when you brush your teeth w/ that water. The less pricey resorts beside has fresh water in their Room CR

The place seems gorgeous, nice beach, swimming pool. The room has TV, a good wc, fridge. It misses a kettle. Wife complained the shower water smelled. The room also had a lot of dust on the floor and looked like a mosquito airport. The staff ought to spray them before customer arrival / after cleaning them. They only have is one key for the room, which means if I smart to go out at night, I have to wake up my wife to get back, or she stays without AC. Restaurant the food is well cooked, but very small portions for the price. Staff is nice but very untrained, and they all fine together at 6PM, so you better avoid the place between 6 and 630PM. You have two star employees and the rest seems to be making a minimal effort to be there. A simple dinner with two main courses and paying eats easily two hours. They also allow smoking, which is a big turn off and can easily ruin you the whole experience. About the beach it is a pity they are running loud music all day long in the beach/restaurant. We have come for resting, not to a disco. The place is also remote and you will need a means of transportation. They have a small parking spot, I will be wary of weekends. The pool closes at 9pm,which in itself is a good rule for noise, but then you won't be able to swim at night. Apart from those details, the place seems a good place for holidays. I am just giving out a 3 instead of a 4 because of the little details and too laid back personnel

Stayed hear last year so had to come back owing to the stunning views of the ocean with the white sandy beach. The room we are staying in this time is much bigger and more cosy, the staff are always friendly but a big shout for the girl in the restaurant Alyssa who always goes beyond the call of duty to cater for all our needs. The restaurant is a bit hit and miss, lots of the menu is out of stock, but hay when in Roam .....overall I love this place And would recommend a stay in paradise
