It is a hotel cum club, where every guest automatically gets temporary and complementary membership of the Gymkhana Club, in the same premises, where the club's amenities and restaurants can be enjoyed. We were a bit surprised, but really found the lunch/dinner at the restaurants to be of good quality and inexpensive too. We enjoyed all varieties such as tandoori, Chinese and traditional, at very reasonable rates, rather at cheap rates.
The hotel has luxurious rooms with clean beds and toilets. Probably their best room is at ground floor, with king size beds, luxury sofa and a eating table, but it has no outside views. The upper floor rooms are less furnished but not bad. They have large windows. Rooms are provided with tea/coffee maker and mini fridge with tit bits. Breakfast (complementary) is served only in the rooms, but can be termed as a lavish one, which can be enjoyed in a holiday mood.
Service is excellent, and stay peaceful and enjoyable. Since we were to leave early morning to catch a flight, to our surprise, a well packed breakfast for us, fruits inclusive, was kept ready at the departure counter. Location is close to the markets but away from dust and noise. Impressed. No hassles and good memories.More
