Disappointing stay. Our room smelled bad and there was mold on the walls. The lock didn’t work either.
We were only there for one night so we didn’t ask to switch rooms, but we did let the manager know. He didn’t seem to care at all.
The food was ok but service was slow.
What we really liked,
- beautifully done property, quaint and serene
- wonderful location, facing the canyons
- the rooms with balconies are very nice. You get nice sun and wonderful view of the mountains
- team is very good, high levels of service and hospitality
- great chef, the 5-course dinner is delicious
After a long day of travel, Chez Pierre offered the perfect, serene night in a beautiful setting. The hotel decor fuses traditional Moroccan elements with modern design and amenities. As it was a cold night, they thoughtfully prepared a fire in our suite. Our room, suite 7, had a lovely view from the large terrace. Both our dinner and breakfast were top notch. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and kindly provided dinner and breakfast for our driver. Highly recommend.

The rooms are cozy and modern, dinner is delicious, service is friendly.
The only small drawback was a dirty shower, but consider where you are.

This Auberge.. is absolutely stunning in all ways. Best views..staff very friendly and helpful as Moroccans are..rooms decorated with tasteful decor..pool beautiful and absolutely the BEST food in Morocco. It's a truly unique experience.
