Upon looking at the menu, we were instantly drawn in by the VEGAN choices they offered. Not only did they have 2 main options, but they also offered 2 desert options as well!
We started our evening with two cocktails in the bar (Pino Colada and a Hurricane). Then were shown to our table.
As we looked over the menu, we we offered a complimentary bread basket - beautiful soft, warm olive bread.
For mains, we chose Poached Haddock with a cheese sauce served with vegetable and gorgeous sautéed garlic potatoes. The vegan option I chose was Mushroom Risotto which was packed with mushrooms. Both portions were very generous sizes - we couldn't finish either!
For pudding we shared the Chocolate Tart (vegan) which had hazelnuts and a beautiful Oreo crumb base. Utterly divine!
The service was attentive, friendly and polite and were very conscious of Vegan needs. It was an extremely pleasant evening and we would go back there in a heartbeat to try the other options they had to offer!
The perfect place for anyone with intolerances or dietary needs. Everything was clearly labelled and the staff were knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients.
