We had an excellent time here. We traveled just after the resort re-opened post-hurricane. The only lingering effects of the hurricane (at the resort, that is), were that a couple restaurants were closed and only one pool was open (but the other pool was about to be opened within a day or two after we left). The staff were very accommodating, the food was tasty, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The beach walking was better than expected; one could walk a long time. Overall, we had a relaxing and fun vacation.

I want to start by saying that this last spring break has been the greatest ever. The hotel is an amazing experience from the fabulous staff, beach ,pool ,restaurants and the most beautiful and comfortable rooms we have ever stayed in;But the hotel greatest assets are the employees and by that I'm referring to you Yamaira Agosto, you took our experience to another level, your attention and details made us want to stay there forever, thank you for your hospitality, we have stay 3 times in less than a year and amazingly every time it gets better, we can't wait to go back and hopefully will be next month, we will also like to thanks as always Stephanie, Juliza,Yamaira and all the front desk staff.Luis Guzman I believe his name was sorry if we are mistaken hi is the recreational area supervisor thanks for taking care of our needs at the pool with the umbrellas, we have been staying at he hotel since 1999 and you guys have been by far the best group of employees we have met.We recommend this amazing Jewel in the Caribbean to everybody will wants to escape to the best family retreat ever.Thank you again Yamaira Agosto and see you soon.

This resort is pristinely clean, fresh and renovated since the hurricanes of 2017. We traveled with our two teenage children and we were not disappointed. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfortable! The resort food was not overly priced and was good - though we did have a car and ate other local establishments. If you have a car explore the surrounding beaches and bio bay. The hotel is about 30 minutes east of the airport, simple to get to, though it may feel a little remote if you don't have a car - UBER and taxi's are plentiful in PR. Their are some signs that the country is still recovering from the hurricane, but not this property - its beautiful, as are the people of Puerto Rico.

Room Tip: 7th Floor facing the ocean

We enjoyed our stay for the week. Beautiful location and property with outstanding service and amenities. Wyndham has gone to great lengths to restore the property after the devastation of Maria. Impressive resilience in the people who live and work there!

I have stayed multiple times on this resort. Wyndham has everything you possibly need, so there is no reason to leave the area. It is so beautiful and away from the city, yet, close enough not to drive too far from the airport. It has either beach room view or rain forest view. When I visit Puerto Rico this is my home away from home.
