Wanted the direct flight. We were on a 'transitional cabin' (or similar tag) flight for the first time. No mention of the fact that they would only serve water twice on a 6 hour flight. No food or other drinks. It was a red eye so we can survive that ok. The main problem was how uncomfortable the seats were. Almost no cushion in the leather bottom. Seat bottom seemed unusually short and low to the floor as well.Pretty tortuous.

I had a terrible Experience at the Airport on February 11th at 5:00 p.m. Do February 12 at 2:00 a.m. in Toronto with the WestJet Flight check-in attendance because I booked online with a third party. I came to the airport a few minutes before the flight time I met this lady at the check-in I gave her my flight tickets she told me sorry you cannot join the flights I had to plead with her to help me out she told me no there's no way she can help me because I book a chip flight if I want to go for my young man marriage in Calgary I have to pay $800 to join the flights I told her I don't have enough money with me then I said please if that is the case put me on the second flight by 10:00 p.m. I will wait for that she said no I told her about the incident on Highway 400 and pleaded with her she said no and said that I must pay the $800 before I can join the flight i was there begging for hours then when I tried to talk to the supervisor She quickly send a message to the supervisor and the manager both of that told me Nothing we can do for you I pled with them and I told the manager, please help me I have $400 with me let me add this to the original money I paid for my flight ticket please I can wait for the second flight I don't want to Miss my Young man marriage the manager told me to my face I cannot help you and the money I paid for my tickets the manager said to me is not refundable I end up crying I left the airport 3:00.a.m in the morning Westjet This is painful I'm right in my present from the first flight to the second flight there was checking people in both people who miss flight on new booking at the airport but for me the westjet manager supervisor and the lady at the checking Kept me there for nothing And i did not get a refund and now you said you're celebrating black history no westjet nothing about black history month i am so disappointed bio managerYour supervisorAnd the lady had to check inThey need to refund me my money Unapologize to what did to meThey don't have human feelings 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

A loyal Platinum member but that is changing. Way too many cancelled flights and the automated rebooking is useless so then need to spend hours waiting on the phone. Schedule reliability has been terrible the last 12 months and no sign of improvement coming.

No longer " Canada's Friendliest Arline"... Always late to arrive or behind to depart, anywhere from 20 minutes to 3 hours with silly excuses... a company this big SHOULD do better.
Unfortunately, we do not have that many options in Canada otherwise I would use any other airline in a heartbeat! Please,please look into your business logistics and customer service....maybe learn from Mexicana Airlines ( #1 on time airline).

Absolutely the worst airline. Constantly delayed. Been a loyal member for over 20 years.No more. Connecting flight boarding gate closed at 25 after, I was there 27 after. Wouldn't let me on. They state it was because the doors were closed, but I got an email when I landed. Saw the time... Gave me a new flight, which meant they gave me seat away about 45 mins before landing. Previous flight, delayed and made the connecting flight by 2 mins. Got to love paying so much for a flight and getting treated like crap. Worst fricken airline.Heaven forbid you have a tone when your pissed and throw out a couple of f bombs around, it hurts their feelings. Looked at the flight board, all their flights, delayed. Pathetic excuse of an airline. Air Canada's were on time. So never again will I fly west jet.
