Flew from Paris to Tenerife. The flight was just a flight. It was on time and no problems there. When we arrived at Tenerife we were not required to go through customs. Tenerife is part of Spain governmentally. Two exits, one said customs over the entrance the other one could see daylight. Everyone was going that way. My wife asked a uniformed person. He said no need for customs saying International city. OK BUT. When we left Tenerife on Norweigan airlines we were stopped because we did not have EU passport. EU passports waived through but others had to submit the passport for inspection. Thank goodness my spouse speaks Spanish. The Agent was looking for the arrival stamp in our passport. My wife explainded what happened. He saw a Paris France stamp less than a week old so he stamped our passports and let us board. To book on Vueling I used a Visa credit card since they did not accept American Express. I had not used that card for months and it wound up afterwards being used for a fraudulent purchase of $200 for Apple store purchases.
