Horrible customer service and severe damage to bags

They broke 3 of my bags. One handle was clean ripped off missing two tires on another and rubber pulled off of 3 on the other one. When I went to talk to them the customer service agent in the airport laughed and said “that’s not my problem” and when I asked not to laugh because this is frustrating she said “im a grown women I’ll do what I f***ing want too” and shoved a paper in my face and said “handle it here they could do what I don’t want to.” Additionally upon checking in we stood at the check in line in front of the kiosk for 10 minutes while an employee was in the phone checked one bag and still on the phone waited another 10 minutes. 3 sets of people on other side of us were helped by other representatives.The service on the plane was subpar as well. Horrible experience. Have been on hold for 20 minutes still haven’t talked to anyone.

United should use the motto: always late!
Our flights going and coming home, all late but within the window of “no compensation”!
Also, terrible customer service when we tried to cancel our flight from South Brnd to Chicago on our way home because there was a winter storm warning and we had a tight layover. We chose to drive to Chicago to be sure of catching our flight: Chicago to Salt Lake City. The first agent wanted to charge us 333.00 more to drop the hop flight! Finally convinced United to drop flight/not charge us once we were in Chicago. It was maddening!

They forced me to check my carry on bag at the terminal because they overfilled the airplane. Then when I arrives at OHare my bag was still at BWI! It never arrived at OHare! This is the reason I don’t check bags! United forced me to check my bag, and then left it in Baltimore!! Extremely unreliable! Wasted my time and expensive personal items that will cost $500/+ to replace!!

Canceled our flight. Refund was deposited into a debit card which we no longer use and was closed. They do have our new card on file. It took my husband and I to do our own research including our bank manager. We finally got proof where we paid our ticket from. Over one year ago. We switched banks and the card is NOT valid. United is NOT willing to work on their mistake. And they are giving us the run around. Well I got news for them. We will get our money back. Who has our money as we speak as of now ?????????????? Merry Christmas. But not for long. I won't EVER fly United again. Never.
