Horrible customer service and severe damage to bags
They broke 3 of my bags. One handle was clean ripped off missing two tires on another and rubber pulled off of 3 on the other one. When I went to talk to them the customer service agent in the airport laughed and said “that’s not my problem” and when I asked not to laugh because this is frustrating she said “im a grown women I’ll do what I f***ing want too” and shoved a paper in my face and said “handle it here they could do what I don’t want to.” Additionally upon checking in we stood at the check in line in front of the kiosk for 10 minutes while an employee was in the phone checked one bag and still on the phone waited another 10 minutes. 3 sets of people on other side of us were helped by other representatives.The service on the plane was subpar as well. Horrible experience. Have been on hold for 20 minutes still haven’t talked to anyone.
