Flew United Express, non-stop, from Denver to Monterey, CA the first weekend of December, 2018 without any hassles. While a little longer in flying time, the plane was a welcomed 50 passenger one which was enjoyable because it didn't fell like a cattle car to me.

Same as above. United always seems to offer good service and considerate employees.they provide our wheelchairs very quickly and the people who push the chairs are always very accommodating and pleasant.

The original flight was cancelled and pushed out by a day with little notice. We received a series of confusing emails the night prior to then,owning flight - an email offering apologies and compensation offer first and notice of rebook on the following day flight came last. Very confusing and last minute where we had scramble to find and move hotel as our hotel was fully booked for the next evening.

Once we got on, the flight was fine.

Booked a flight with United. The representative at the check bagged looked me in the flight and bold faced lied to be regarding my baggage. Then I proceed to the gate and they charged me $65 extra even thought the first associate had seen me with my carry on bag and told me to proceed forward with carry on bag. Then the representative that charged me the $65 said the first $30 I paid for My first bag would be removed since they were now charging me $65 more dollars. Another lie. So I’m total I got charged $95 for a carry on a once checked bag. I despise this airline. I will Be sure to pay extra for another airline versus this incompetent staff. Then when I called customer service after holding 25 minutes they told me to submit an online claim. Worst airline period.

we ordered wheelchair got off plane after several hour delay only to wait on ramp a long time finally had to walk up ramp flagged down a wheelchair the woman said i can't do this i'm going off duty can your wife push it we are 81 years old before answering she just left and my wife pushed me all around airport till me flagged down a person who helped. the flight was detoured to colorado springs where we had to sit on tarmack. never offered any beverage in fact flight attendant hid we thought we had landed in denver never kept informed and finally for a flight that was to arrive at6;10 we finally got to our hotel at 1 am the next morning. this was a joke but not funny.
