I had good experiences about turkish airline,this airline is on time,good quality of service on board,delecious food,and you can access to many distination with this airline,but is better for the aircraft hostesses more smile and not too be very serious
Last week i had travel to Dubai from Vilnius ( Vilnius-Istanbul-Sharjah and back). Turkish airlines have a best customer service, everything was super great. Stuff was very friendly, generous and helpful. The plane was looking really good and clean! The food was good too.. It was super great fly. Thank you Turkish airlines.
Good product over-all, but hardware needs to be upgraded. 2 x 3 x 2 seating in Business Class is less than ideal but the seat is acceptable when fully flat. Catering was ok (presented very well, though) but I would have preferred more Western options. Service on this leg was ok but subsequent flights to Casablanca, then to IST and finally back to MNL were lackluster. Attendants could be more engaging. The gender specific amenity kits were excellent especially on the longhaul flights (MNL/IST/MNL). I really liked the bigger than usual toilets (even in Economy which I tried when all the Business toilets were full).
Horrible customer service. Agents are absolutely rude and have no clue about anything. I talked to more than 10 agents and each one was giving me the same answer regarding my ticket. In the middle of covid19 crisis while all other airlines were thinking about their customer safety and offering full refund turkish airline was not responsive at all. It s not acceptable from a big airline. Agents were basically useless and I couldn't reach to any agent for days and when I could talk to some human being they had no clue what is going on and their line was cutting on the middle of conversation. I sent feedback and talked to customer relation and they were useless too and very rude. Never ever buy ticket with this airline again.they are nightmare.
