I paid for seats, insurance and bags but they canceled my flight and only refunded the cost of the flight. I lost $237.00 despite the insurance I purchased. It seems the cancelation refund is only good for 24 hours. I contacted Spirit directly and was told it their policy that these fees are NON_REFUNDABLE even if they change the itinerary and you must cancel. DO NOT BE TRICKED INTO BUYING ANYTHING EXTRA!!!!
2hr Delay on my Initial flight making me miss my connecting flight…had to purchase another plane ticket from United to complete my Trip… when asked for a refund … was told it was my fault and was labeled a “No Show” therefore no refund was approved.. Obviously wont be flying with Spirit anymore with that type of Policy in place.. I pay the a little more for the more creditable Airline companies from now on…
The worst experience ever!!! We traveled with 3 carry on items and then when we gpt to florida we were told we had to pay.The staff was completely racist to me and my girlfriend told us that if my white ass and my white bitch couldn't pay then us honkeys couldn't get on the plane. Like really!?!?!? This airline has poor seating poor customer service and is just a not good experience at all.
Horrible customer service, had to pay for a bag I had been carrying my whole trip from plane to plane on the last plane I had to pay $79 to take it on the plane with my purse. Also nothing is complementary had to pay for drink and snack. Staff is low brow rude and not helpful.
