Horrible customer service, had to pay for a bag I had been carrying my whole trip from plane to plane on the last plane I had to pay $79 to take it on the plane with my purse. Also nothing is complementary had to pay for drink and snack. Staff is low brow rude and not helpful.

Omg this was the worst airline ever. Our flight was supposed to leave at a certain time. Once it became closer the pilot said that we can't leave. Maintenance had to look at the engine first and it would only take an 1/2 hour. That half hour turned into an hour. The pilot said that we would have to catch another plane. So we went to a another gate. An hour later they said that our plane was arriving at a different gate. The people that worked for the airline were very rude. When we were landing the plane sounded terrible too.

Flight was on schedule and smooth, not bumpy like others claim. Baggage checkin was fast especially when I happened to be running late, if it wasn’t for the clerk assisting and her urgency I would’ve missed flight. Thank you again!

Painless travel. I don't get the bad reputation that Spirit gets. I've flown them 20 times in the past 2 years out of LAX and DTW and have never had an issue.

Quick check in at LAX, no issues, even on Thanksgiving weekend. Flight delayed to Detroit due to weather, but attendants at gate were very knowledgeable and informative. Flight was easy. Attendants Jim and Lauren were very nice and very outgoing. The safety announcement was humorous and better than usual.
