Painless travel. I don't get the bad reputation that Spirit gets. I've flown them 20 times in the past 2 years out of LAX and DTW and have never had an issue.

Quick check in at LAX, no issues, even on Thanksgiving weekend. Flight delayed to Detroit due to weather, but attendants at gate were very knowledgeable and informative. Flight was easy. Attendants Jim and Lauren were very nice and very outgoing. The safety announcement was humorous and better than usual.

- I ride it as a Round Trip with a connection in Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) that were: easy Check-In Machine & fast Boarding & In Time & semi Full & semi space Seat with good RoomLeg.

Thoroughly enjoyed our flight in the Big Front Seat to Orlando. The new fare bundles are a huge improvement (this one included free checked and carry-on bag, snacks, drinks and wifi). The flight attendants were very friendly and attentive, the new seats comfortable, and selection of snacks great. I really like the direction Spirit is heading with these offerings. My only improvement/feedback would be the gate area in ATL is too small and needs improvement.

Wife and I took spirit from Fort Lauderdale to St. Thomas. I will never fly economy, I’m 215 lbs 6ft tall. Seating was very uncomfortable, especially for a 3 hour flight. 2 hours into the flight my legs began to get numb and back began to hurt. If some reason I have to fly Spirit again, I will most definitely fly 1st class. They also nickel and dime you on everything

Excellent service, clean flight, on time departure/arrival, flight attendants were courteous, great with passengers
