A Nice Service Of Southwest I Got A Drink For Free This Is The Best Airline Ultra Low Cost Airline Honestly I Would Take Southwest For North American Travel The Comfort Of The Seat Is Thin But Also Quite Stiff

so i flew to chicago and it was honestly fun, i really recommend southwest because it’s open seating and you get TWO free checked bags.i recommend this airline to anybody i love southwest

I don't know what happened with Southwest, it used to be a great airlines. Now, I can't understand how the flight crews have become so unfriendly. But, ofcourse, they have no incentive to be professional and decent. Find another airline - seriously, never again.

We were to fly to New Orleans 7:45am with Early Bird tagged on. My wife went ahead as she was numbered earlier in the line. I was further behind and carried the bag as it is hard for my wife to lift to the overhead. She went in and got seated and saved a place for the bag above. I was just behind and they said I couldnt take on my bag as spaces were full. Even though my wife had saved a place for it!!! They held me back for ages and said either check it in or get another flight. We can’t check it in because it’s expensive delicate camera equipment. The staff are like a bad machine. Bad robots. Which means it’s a bad company. Don’t fly with them.

So bad got to seat in uncomfortable seat , asked to check hand carry even tho nth in it and turns out that they want to give time and seat for other people ,not enough space for handcarry.
I am so feweking mad and annoyed for this and i know they will ignore me.What a waste of potential i thought i would like to travel more with this airline and i am done with it
