When I arrived at the airport, I asked a couple of men dressed in uniforms which direction Southwest Airlines was. These workers would not even acknowledge me and continued conversations with each other would look at you like they do not understand what is being said. Not customer service oriented for sure. When I finally got to my GATE 103 (early[130 pm] for my flight back to Omaha) I asked another worker- a Spanish man in his 40’s or 50’s Wearing glasses & a lisp with a Southwest Airlines uniform on at the desk right at the 103 door who was sitting in front of a computer if flight 4176 is on time to omaha. It took him literally over a minute to acknowledge me and said, “I don’t know what you are talking about “ with a look like I was bothering him. I repeated again my question. He immediately said ‘I don’t know’. And pointed to another direction and said you could ask them’. No one was in the direction he was pointing. I am writing this because I really am sickened how people’s customer service is not a priority any longer. This is why businesses need to increase pay and get some helpful, courteous people who know how to communicate in these positions!!!!!!!!!!

My 4yo was honestly having a hard time on the flight home from vacation, and I was having a hard time dealing with the tantruming. When we got on the plane, however, the crew alchemized the flight from a painful drudge into his top memory from the entire trip. They made sure to learn his name and gave him an extra orange juice ("For [name], our VIP!"), which delighted him even if he didn't know what VIP meant. While we were landed and waiting for the new set of people to Board, the crew even let him go up and sit in the pilot's seat for a bit and the captain told my son how he decided to go into aviation. The flight attendants also showed him the safety features in the back because he had been concerned about a theoretical water landing. Then at the very end, the crew announced the good news that one lady on the flight was going to go to art school (we clapped and cheered) and complimented her excellent artwork that she had been working on all flight. Then, to my son's delight, they also named him by name and announced him as "a future Southwest pilot." My son is now telling everyone back at home he's going to get his pilot's license when he's 16 and fly for Southwest. Hurrah to the best flight crew I have ever come across: people who completely flipped a storming preschooler's mood, saved my fraying sanity, and managed to build a sense of fledgling community in just a few hours-- on top of the normal tasks of keeping people safe, informed, and hydrated. Southwest always seems to have better than average crews, but I have never met a better crew in my life, even at Southwest.

We had seats to travel today but at 6:20 they cancelled our ticket are gave us seats the next day at 5:45am My wife and i are 80 going to my sisters funeral. The interesting point is all flights we had tickets for al all still going . So because no one at SW could explain the only explanation was someone paid more and we got bumped.
They could nave given us the option to pay more . They have become crooks, Avoid !!

Southwest cancelled my flight 1 hour before departure

Rescheduled trip thru Las Vegas (nowhere near Denver)

Arriving Denver 7 hours late

5 hours in the air for what should have been a 1-1/12 hour fligh

Given C50 boarding passes—had a B10 on the cancelled flight

Really pathetic performance—southwest has been going downhill ever since Herb Kelleher left

Used to prefer SWA over American but not now

I paid extra for my family to be in Business select for this flight to allow my 6 ft 4 inch Husband and 6 ft 1 inch Son some extra leg room. We were position A2, A3, A4 and A5. Between the 10 pre-boarders, their two 'helpers' and 38 people already on the flight from Fort Meyers...The first open seats for our family to sit together was row 11. Complete waste of money, felt SCAMMED!!! What is worse is the announcements before boarding that Upgrades were being sold for $40 per person. I know we paid more than that on our booking.
