I took the front row aisle seat on a 6 hour flight from Honolulu to Phoenix on 8/25/22. The flight attendants were welcoming as usual. About 2.5 hours into the trip, a woman came up to notify one of the attendants that her mother needed assistance. The mother had had an accident and one of the flight attendants assisted the daughter in getting her mother to the bathroom at the front of the plane. The attendants provided her with both privacy and cleaning materials and kindly asked patrons to use the bathrooms at the back of the plane. All four flight attendants quickly assembled and devised a plan as to who was going to clean the mother's area of the plane and what needed to happen. Each woman was calm and collected, not one complained and they worked together to restore order. The mother who had the accident needed a change of pants and her daughter indicated that she did not have a spare pair. One of the flight attendants (with short brown hair, approximately 5' 5") quickly opened her own suitcase and offered up a pair of her own pants to the mother in need. She did this without the bat of an eye. A pair of her own clothing that she will never get back. I was amazed. She did it all with a smile on her face. There was another flight attendant who was about 5' 4" with long blonde hair that was particularly positive and kind not only to the patrons, but also the other flight attendants while they handled this matter. I was truly impressed by the compassion and professionalism of these women. Providing a general description in the hopes that this gets to their manager and these women can be applauded.
