Ordinary is the word to describe the new premium economy on A380 SIN-LHR. Seats are just about the same as economy class. Other airlines are offering better comfort, food and service on this class. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Cabin crew amazing, comfortable even in economy and the food is actually pretty good for airline food,
Will always travel long haul with Singapore airlines.

The food was really nice on the outward journey, which is unusual on an economy flight - however on the flight home from Singapore to Sydney it was quite disgusting - undercooked pasta and fish with a bread roll that tasted really sweet - horrible.
Seats were uncomfortable and squashy, no legroom at all.

We flew Singapore Airlines from Melbourne to Rome with stop over in Singapore and on return from Amsterdam with stop over in Singapore then Melbourne. All flights and connecting flights where on time. Planes were clean on each flight and staff were courteous and very helpful. Food was good and service was very good.

We were required to do this flight on a code share basis. In direct contrast to Air NZ (which was great). The seats were small and uncomfortable. Granted there was reasonable stretch out legroom, the technology was dated(we had a reading light on a stalk) and personally i will try and avoid code share flights with this airline. i was very disappointed. Additionally the food was terrible. It was plasticky, overcooked and tasteless. I know people say on board food is generally awful, but in
