Before take off and landing , there is announcement to remind passenger about safety belt issue, which i dont think is necessary, because the safety video demonstration has been showed, and also the cabin crew already check all the passenger. Its passenger responsibility and do you think your announcement has impact ? if people dont care about putting on safety belt, your announcement hasnt impact to their action

because of small shaky weather , alarm is put on , safety belt alarm has switch on and still has announcement, so irritated

I wish can have less disturbing annoucement , like other airlines

Fried rice with fish is not recommended to have

Great airline, got a free upgrade to Economy Extra due to the fact the flight was full and I'm a Star Alliance member. their lounges was ok, Manila Term 3 was way better for some reason than the one in Singapore (SA Gold lounges). Flew economy on the way back and the legspace is better than average (Im pretty tall)

Flew with Singapore from Copenhagen to Manilla end of December 2017. The staff was really friendly, the food was good and the seat was suprisingly comfortable even in Economy class.

This is the fifth time I have flown to Australia with Singapore Airlines and what used to be a memorable experience has lost its appeal .I found the inflight entertainment second to none ,it was awesome ,but the seats, meals and service have lost the sparkle that used to set them above the rest .I personally feel they only want the cream i.e the first and business class at the determent of the poor old "cattle class" .I shall not be using this airline on my next trip down under .

We have flown business class with various airlines in the recent past, and knowing Singapore had just been voted best long haul airline were looking forward to the trip. However, the seating accommodation was disappointing in comparison with BA and others, my wife's gluten free meal (she's coeliac) was not forthcoming ( possibly the fault of the travel agent but mentioned on check in, and little done to make good) and (a definite first world problem) the entertainment choices, films and others were lacklustre.t
