Royal Air Maroc has nice equipment and well trained flight crews, but their computer systems and bureaucratic procedures on the ground totally degrade the actual flight experience. They are totally inefficient at checkin and their gate agents are anything but friendly. If you want minimal hassle, this is not the airline to choose.

Some staff a bit rough : es tablettes svp ! (ordering CUSTOMERS (!) to open their tray tables so they can serve you...

Very nice breakfast and very good coffee.

No landing cards on board. They are SO easy to hand out (especially as staff spend 90 percent of the flight hiding in the back, sitting on their behinds playing with their phones anyway) and it makes a very very big difference to the CUSTOMERS (!) upon arrival to have it already filled out on the plane. Other airlines do it. Catch up Royal Air Maroc.

Flight perfectly on time.

Smelly toilets and stained carpet.

Toilets were dirty and smelled bad.
Food poor.
Entertainment service very bad.
No Wifi
Flight staff only friendly to their own countrymen.

The flight was okay, the cabin crew were not so friendly, and the food was okay.
The seats were not comfortable but the overall experience was just okay, no extras.

I was travelling from Paris to Abidjan via Casblanca and the connecting flight from Casablanca to Abidjan was advanced in timing 2 days before journey. I did not think much of this as I understand flight timings regularly get adjusted but when I landed in Casablanca I was shocked to learn that the airlines had bumped me to the next day's flight without prior notice. I was asked to sleep in a common area that was old, smelly and a poorly maintained bathroom. It was a nightmare which was made worse by an inconsiderate staff (I think they are used to mistreating travellers and were least bothered). Better to pay a little extra and go through a different airlines/airport because this wasn't worth the savings.
