Staff is amazing! They are very helpful and attentive.

I was able to try business class for the first time and I feel awe! Such an amazing experience! The sear is very spacious and very comfortable that can be turn to a small bed.

Food is good, it's like I'm having a fine dining in a 5 star hotel with there amazing service.

Both my wife and I took a recent flight from San Francisco transiting through Doha, Qatar and final destination Bangkok, Thailand. We flew onboard a new Airbus / A350-900. The first 16 plus hour leg to Doha, Qatar was smooth flying ! We were attended to by a cadre of pleasant, immaculate, and expedient flight crew/ attendants. The level of excellence surpassed all other flights regardless of Business class or economy, regardless of airline and destination spanning our five decades of flying, mostly Internationally. Each individual of the 20 or so in flight service treat us as if they individually own Qatar Airways. So inspired by such a high level of excellence. Their personal grooming is outstanding both make& female attendants. The food quality, intermediate snacks along with beverages ranks the " Best " even among the Top tier Southeast Asian carriers. And to elaborate a bit further the check-in support, fastidiousness, precautions taken during stress filled World Pandemic times was remarkable. Yes, it takes time yet we all know that everyone needs to be patient, forgiving, tolerant, etc. Finally our Doha, Qatar to Bangkok leg ( 7 hours ), we were equally Over the Top impressed and wish to thank our Pilot & 1st officer and inflight attendants, supervisors named Tiu, Nalinnipha, Apaporn, Supansa, Wichaya, Juthamas, Wansani of Flight QR 830 on Feb 7, 2021. Please forgive us for not having taken the time to identify the individuals of like character on the SFO originating flight. Gracious thanks from Mullika & I ( Greg ) Alexander for making difficult times of travel an Ultimate joy. Qatar customers for Life !!!

I was booked to fly from brisbane to nice through doha and paris. on the day of travel i had finished packing and was about to check in online about 8 hours before the flight when i noticed my itinerary had been changed and an extra leg added through sydney which was departing 5 hours earlier. i thought it must be a mistake and phoned qatar.. after more than 30 minutes on hold and a long conversation i was told that the flight had been cancelled and i had been rebooked on the alternative flights. of course on the new flights my seat and meal selections didn’t exist and can only be requested 24 hours in advance, so i wouldn’t be eating on the 33 hour journey. by the time i was actually notified by email of the change it was 2 hours until takeoff and an hour until check in closed. I live about 1 hour away from the airport with my shuttle booked for much later in the day to make the original flight so it was impossible to get there. any later flight was impossible too due to covid restrictions - i had to have a negative covid test no more than 72 hours prior to flying in order to board for france. so now i have to rebook, arrange and pay for another covid test and shuttle and wait at least another 2 days for the covid test results. if i had been informed earlier of the change i may have been able to change my shuttle time and make the rebooked flight. it’s unreasonable to expect that informing passengers of itinerary changes 2 hours before their flight is in any way acceptable. i later discovered that the flight was not in fact cancelled and departed 30 minutes later than scheduled from brisbane and i’m still unaware of why my booking was changed on such short notice or why i was lied to about the reason. i fly long haul regularly for work and have never experienced such terrible treatment from any other airline, and it’s not the first time from qatar.. i’d love to know how they are receiving their awards, as judging by some of the other recent reviews it can’t be from customers. i’ll be trying very hard to fly with any other airline from now on.

When you buy a business class ticket you expect not to have to wait 30 minutes to use the restroom. This situation is cloaked as “security”, unlike any US airline, as they close off one of the restrooms for flight crew only. This leaves the ratio the same as coach.
Don’t use Qatar if you want anything except a basic experience.

We were scheduled to fly Qatar in October 2020 for a vacation to Bali. Due to Covid, all our flights were cancelled which entitled us to a full refund. We have now been waiting 4 months, getting a run around every time we call customer service. They tell us its in process - but they can not tell us what the hold up is. We get the same answer every time we call. VERY FRUSTRATINGGGGGGG!!!!!! We are ready to sue the damn airline! Anyone have any advice or their own Qatar experience to share? We will NEVER EVER fly this airline again. N E V E R !!!!!!!
