2nd October flew home to Perth from Sydney. Seen the ‘Spirit of Australia’ first hand as young Sara (cabin crew) entertained, calmed and relaxed a young passenger, little boy wouldn’t have been more than three years old was unwell and unsettled. While time permitted and as he grew more restless she toured him to the back coming back with treats and Qantas socks for him, it was lovely to see such care given to the little guy.
I enjoyed seeing her friendly face shine towards absolutely everyone that she came into contact with on the flight, an absolute credit to the Qantas team. Young people like this make all the difference, I can assure you. Great customer service and excellent attention to detail. After just a few days in Sydney over the school holidays, I felt so lucky to see such beautiful customer service in front of my two young teenagers, a great example of how to treat others and an amazing example of how you can have human connection through your service to create calm and peace.
Thank you Qantas for a wonderful experience.

Great experience compared to when we flew with them last year. The service was top-notch, food was delicious and leg room was fine.

From start to finish, shockingly bad. Bumped out of extra legroom that we paid for. Poor service. Old airplane. Dirty toilets.

Having arriving into Singapore with emirates could not fault this flight ,but our flight operated by Qantas from Singapore to Sydney was a whole different story ,let begin with Qantas business class lounge small dark and food selection was limited.enjoy the crisps more than food on offer ,the lovely view of the checking desk and main terminal .boarding was a complete mess took longer to board in business class than easy jet does in Belfast also lounge in Belfast of a higher standard , found seat to be have plenty of room entertainment was good not as good as emirates ,storage was a bit of. Issue very limited.now for my favourite bit service after travel with Singapore ,emirates ,British airways and tui I think I have only had terrible service virgin Atlantic from brazil and this flight ,yes it was a night time flight but service was terrible food thrown on plate with no care food was okay ,breakfast cold bacon roll agin just thrown on plate and coffee think they could learn something from easy jet on customer aevice.

First: 300,000 + Points for a return flight for 2 = Less than 0.19 cents a point. Why bother collecting them?
Second: The flight was FULLY BOOKED. Jammed into seats at the rear Bulkhead. My wife and I both had severe itching of our hair and biting sensations on our legs. Definitely NOT SANITISED!
Third: Only choice for a meal was a dish with Cheese. Lactointolerant so I got NOTHING!
Fourth: We waited at the Carousel until ALL BAGS had been collected. Waited for the next Trailer load of bags. Did not eventuate. Eventually the next Flight began loading onto the Carousel. No Qantas staff to be seen.
Fifth: Found our way to the Baggage Desk. Told "Your bags were left behind". Qantas could not tell us before we wasted an hour or more??? "Give me your details" - We are Frequent Flyers so doesn't Qantas already have my details?
"Bag will be delivered in the MORNING." Good night.
Sixth: This AM Qantas advise Bag will be delivered between 10 and 1 PM. 2:30 PM still not here. Complain to Qantas and they "Cannot Help". We have to call the delivery company ourselves. Not their Job and definitely not their CONCERN.
Seventh: Delivery Company advise they collected my Bag at 11:36 today. Should be here within another HOUR.
