The worst airline I ever flown with. I had a direct flight yesterday from Brisbane to Australia. The moment I arrived at the airport; the check-in counter is a total chaos. The passengers were left confused coz not a single staff got to organized the queue leaving the passengers scattered around, so disorganized. and to my total disappointment, after I arrived in Manila, they lost my luggage and left it at Brisbane Airport. I need to deal with their Manila ground staff who has the poorest customer service who just pointed me to a bunch of lost luggages on the corner to find mine. They don’t even know the carousel number assigned to each of their own flight services. After finishing all the paper works they asked me to complete, I was told that they just email me for any update and when I asked for their phone number, to my surprised the staff who served me, doesn’t even know their own phone number, that she still have to looked it up on her phone’s contact number…..what a pity. And to travel back to the airport and deal with the worst traffic of Manila, just to pick it up is a total nightmare. and all of this is just because of how poor their service is. Hope this will not happen to anyone who would fly with this worst airline.
