The worst airline I ever flown with. I had a direct flight yesterday from Brisbane to Australia. The moment I arrived at the airport; the check-in counter is a total chaos. The passengers were left confused coz not a single staff got to organized the queue leaving the passengers scattered around, so disorganized. and to my total disappointment, after I arrived in Manila, they lost my luggage and left it at Brisbane Airport. I need to deal with their Manila ground staff who has the poorest customer service who just pointed me to a bunch of lost luggages on the corner to find mine. They don’t even know the carousel number assigned to each of their own flight services. After finishing all the paper works they asked me to complete, I was told that they just email me for any update and when I asked for their phone number, to my surprised the staff who served me, doesn’t even know their own phone number, that she still have to looked it up on her phone’s contact number…..what a pity. And to travel back to the airport and deal with the worst traffic of Manila, just to pick it up is a total nightmare. and all of this is just because of how poor their service is. Hope this will not happen to anyone who would fly with this worst airline.

This is my first international travel with PAL and it was actually good. The staff, the onboard meals and the there were no delays. Though my selected flight schedule is bad, but my travel to Taipe was good. Only thing though is their transfer desk during that time was hard to locate due to ongoing construction and renovation at T2.

Last time I flew with Philippine Airlines it was delayed by abt 3 hours.
This time I can NOT even find my paid ticket on their site.
I called customer service and after 1 minute 4 of my call got dropped, and disconnected.

Horrible customer service phone system
I hope my upcoming flight is better and I make it to my connecting flight.

I had an extremely important meeting to attend to and Philippines airlines flight had cancelled yet another flight, because they decided to swap the plane for another destination they ruined.
This is not the first time, second time, 3rd time but 4th time this has happened to me with PAL.
One was a major flight and connecting flight from Cebu to Manila and going international, which was a disaster on all levels.
It’s the worst joke, But Then, once your flight is cancelled, you will wait at least 2 hours minimum with 200 plus irritated passengers for a stupid voucher, all to go stay at a low end hotel with a Cheap lousy dinner.
I lost my one night stay at a 5 star hotel and reached out to: wecare@philippineairlines.com,
But honestly PAL has not reached out to me with any sort of compensation to show they truly care.
This is a valuable warning to anyone planning to travel to the Philippines or any flight through out the entire Philippines.
Pay a few extra pesos and Choose another Airlines. Trust me.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience flying first class with Philippine Airlines. For the price, I expected luxury and top-tier service, but unfortunately, it was far from that. The seat was uncomfortable and outdated, with limited recline and minimal privacy. I was in the third row which backed up to economy. Right behind was a family with small children kicking my chair! The in-flight entertainment was also subpar, with a small selection of movies and no screen at all. You were expected to scan a code and watch them on your phone! The blanket they provided was like one for moving furniture.
The food was mediocre at best—not the gourmet dining I anticipated. The service was lackluster, I’ve flown first class with other airlines, and the difference in quality is night and day. I hardly ever splurge but flying Bali to Denver I thought it would be worth it. I’m disgusted I wasted the money. I’m currently in their lounge listening to someone snore. The absolute worst.
Overall, this was not the premium experience I paid for. I won’t be flying with Philippine Airlines again in the future and neither should anyone else.
