“extra leg room worth the cost even on short haul”
Review of Philippine Airlines (PAL)

Reviewed July 18, 2018

Just a short delay of 30 minutes for this one hour flight from Manila to Bacolod.
Did not bother with food which seemed to be some type of soft roll , hot drinks not available due to turbulence but not an issue for a short flight.
Extra leg room seat meant a comfortable journey
I will use PAL again for next trip

The flight was really nice. The service that PAL could offer was absolutely extravagant. The prize was really justifiable.

Getting close to 500k miles flown. Hope to get to 1M one of these days.

Not as nice as Cathay or Singapore Air but the direct flights to Manila and the connection to my island make it stand out.

Started flying PAL domestically as they are starting to offer direct flights to destinations I fly often. No more taking the ferry to Cebu and battling the traffic to get to CEB Mactan.

Loving PAL~

The airline may be a little more expensive than others but I don’t mind paying the difference for a little less stress.
We boarded 10 minutes later than scheduled but arrived in Tokyo on time.
We purchased our tickets online during its 77th year anniversary promo but still paid a substantial amount. But service was good, our hot meal was delicious and filling. We had blankets for the four hour trip. Landing at the Narita airport was smooth, an ability most PAL pilots seem to be able to accomplish. Even if PAL doesn’t offer piso fares, I’d still prefer to fly with this airline anytime.

Not a bad airline to fly... It is a long haul flight...on board Entertainment is good.. Food is decent.. Folks to travel between Asia and Canada this is a good option. Good option for folks to take a stop over in Manila or Philippines.
