After one year, El Al has still not refunded the money from our 4 tickets that were canceled during COVID. El Al has generic automatic email response with no way to actually talk with airline. The automated response says that the refund was processed, which is not true. No refund. I wish ElAl would tell the truth and tell me I am not getting your money back instead of lying. Out of all of the airlines, hotels, and services that were booked during COVID, El Al goes down as the worst company to work with. I have flown El AL many times in the past and unfortunately, I will never fly them again. Super disappointing.
