Cebu Pacific is a low cost carrier, so you can not expect a lot.
Check in in denpasar, Bali , were smooth. Staff on board the a321 neo was friendly. The aircraft was new I think, I flew Cebu pacific before , and at that time seats would still recline a bit. These seats did not recline, but nevertheless I found them quite comfortable. They even have USB ports, so you can charge your phone. I was lucky that the 2 other seats next to me were empty, so I almost slept 3 hours.
The cabin was really clean. And most importantly, we arrived safe in Manila with over half an hour before sheduled arrival time.

This is the worst airline in the world!

My wife recently had heart surgery and could therefore not walk fast enough. Because being Filipina she has to queue on a different passport control line. I, therefore, arrived at the gate earlier. When making the staff aware of my wife's heart problem and her not being able to walk fast, they asked me "why would we care?"

When turning around to sit back down after this interaction, one of your employees spoke in Tagalog to the others and all laughed.

Is this the service one can expect from Cebu Pacific? What kind of airline is this? What do they write in their hiring add "Searching for the most unqualified, most useless, most illiterate person available. Not liking to interact with people, and not having the appropriate manners for that matter, is mandatory"?

SCAM !!!

We flew with Cebu from Coron, They had a small ATR plane and during the flight the pilot anounced that they were afraid they might not be able to fly with the heavy bags so they left some behind… Left luggage behind on purpose.

When we got to the destination we realised that this is indended business model to sell as much tickets as possible even if luggage does not fit in their plane.

6 bags arrived out of 30-40. They sold all seats and luggage room knowing they will be to heavy.

AVOID AT ALL COST !!!

Absolute worse experience I've ever had with an airline. There website crashed and tried to charge me 5 times, 2 of them went through. The itenary was incorrect and they said its impossible. They refused to acknowledge it had been taken although I showed them screenshot.

I missed 3 flights because of them taking so long to resolve the issue. They asked me to wait up in the middle of the night for an important email which never come.

By the time they issued a voucher for the flight I had to rebook due to their mistake the flight had also doubled and I had to book from a completely differnt airport due to the flights selling out

Cebu airlines absolutely ruined the last few days of my holiday. I cannot explain how hard it is to deal with there incompetence.

There's no contact number you have to message them on Facebook (not that they can even do anything so it's nothing but frustration)

Had to follow up 8 times with them on the chat because they didn't respond and Palm you off asking if they can email you offline....

Doesn't even make sense...

Could train monkeys to do a better job.

Will never ever, in all my life ever fly with them again. Do yourself a favour and fly with someone else

WHAT SO SPECIAL ABOUT CEBU PACIFIC NEW ORDERED OF AIRCRAFT. THE SEAT DOES NOT RECLINED ANYMORE AND NOT ONLY THAT THE FRONT LEG SPACE WAS MINIMIZE THAT YOU CAN NOT MOVE ANYMORE. IF THERE IS NATURAL DISASTER OR ACCIDENT WE WILL ALL DIE IT IS CHEAPER TO PAY THE BEREAVED FAMILY COMPENSATION AMOUNT THAN BUYING THE RIGHT SIZE OF AN AIRCRAFT
