Would never ever use this airline again. They will reschedule your flights so you'd only have an hour in between your main and connecting flight at Manila Airport - notorious for long queues and delays, hoping that you'd miss your flight and purchase another. Had to yell at their customer service rep over the phone and demanded to speak to a manager to make them rebook my flights to more reasonable schedules. Threatened to report them to Consumer Affairs in Australia and that's the only time they agreed to my terms and waive any rebooking fees. If you're faced with this issue flying from Australia, take all details of who you spoke to and promise to send a complaint to Consumer Affairs. It's the only thing that will get their incompetent staff to do anything for you.

Every time we fly with Cebu Pacific, there is always a delay. I don't think this airline ever has an on-time flight. YOU get nothing on this plane and the seats are tight and small. ONly get 7 KG for carry-on.

have been flying with Cebu Pacific for a few times, and so far have not experience flight delays...
they have been helpful too, when I ask to be transferred seat. The staff are accommodating and nice.
only concern is their website that's always down and long queues on check in counter.
web check seems useless because of error, where you still have to queue in to the check in counter, because you cannot print your boarding pass due again to website error.

Good fly But the steward have eyes and ears only for Filipino! When was the quiz game time on board i stand up 3 time's my arms and hands But they go always to the same group and line they dont even look others passenger why? This is unfair guys be mindful and more respectable with the foreigns people to give a good impression of the Filipino abroad!

Thanks to Dale Tiu, from Cebu Pac Siargao who helped me with my documents so that my back pack which I left at Cebu Airport Xray, can fly to Siargao, same day. Thanks also to Cebu Pac Cebu Crew for coordinating with Dale :)
