I had use their airlines around 5 times already as a connecting flight from Japan to the USa and Japan to Philippines. I find this airline with good customer service. I like their clean toilet and it is clean. I love how the stewardess take care of their passengers. Try it.

last time we went to Japan, we had a midnight stopover in Doha, spending 2 hours+ to get through passport control, and kill time waiting for the next flight. ANA took us to Tokyo in less than 12 hours, with all the comfort you can expect from economy class. Such an improvement. Seats are Ok, food is OK, and cabin crew is friendly and helpful. This is exactly what we needed

Was flying with a person that needed special service- deaf AND blind. I have informed this in advance and requested assistance at the airports, especially for the connecting flights. We arrived in CDG and a local representative was waiting to take us to the next flight. But put us on a handicapped bus that was supposed to drop us at another terminal and there meet a third person. We were sitting in the bus for 30 minutes waiting for the third person, while begging to go to the toilet. We really almost peed in our pants! When arriving at Tokyo Haneda, 1 suitcase was left in Paris. After 3 days we received it broken. From then we started an endless emailing communication with the ANA team which did not want to take care of the situation. After a month touring all of Japan, we arrived at Haneda Airport for our departure flight and had to sign a paper saying it is not ANA responsibility and it is our travel insurance that will take care of it. WHAT?!? Really?!? On the return flight via Munich, there was no assistance waiting for us. Only when I asked the local airport staff, then they called for the assistance, which was not informed that we have checked our baggage direct to our final destination. He wanted us to collect our luggage and then took us through passport control ?!? We just waited at the entrance hall in Munich for about 2 hours till the designated terminal was open and went through passport control again. Really? Couldn't we have waited at least in the flights area/duty free area?!?
To conclude, ANA has really good flight service, but very poor ground service. They try not to take responsibility and try to avoid taking care of issues.
In the future I would try not to fly with ANA again.

The attention to details and the quality of the food is outstanding. The food was delicious and the flight attendants came often to serve snacks, water, and juices

Ana was excellent airline. Very good English, impeccable service. Meals were all quite good. Seats were comfortable for economy. Entertainment system was also good.
