I am fed up with the surreptitious fees being charged, to charge $150.00 to bring on a small pet in a carrier is not only Wrong it is unethical since we already pay for the space the animal occupies as it would be placed under the seat in front and so the only inconvenience is to the traveler who now would have less leg room. there is absolutely no additional accommodation made for the animal no designated place to relieve itself no food no water provided so what is this erroneous fee for???? all of this is just plain wrong

We have flown first class with American for the last few years. In general, the service is very good. This past trip Mara was our flight attendant, and her service was fantastic!! Thanks Mara! You're an excellent representative for American Airlines!

Staff was late causing more then a dozen of us to miss connecting flights… refused to give us our bags that we were made to put under the small plane that had our medicine TO BREATHE SLEEP AND FLY… basically said we don’t care u could breath after we made u check ur bags and refused to give you ur bags even tho you are stuck here over night because THEIR STAFF was late

Flown with various airlines but this was definitely the worst. Could not do online check in 24 hours in advance. Went to airport 3 hours ahead to try getting my wife and I seats together but to no avail. I am assuming if I offered to pay, they would probably be able to find us seats together. It is simple ridiculous why AA charges for getting assigned seats. Don't we pay enough for the flight to begin with? There were lots of families separated on the flight due to the airline's greed. Airline said flight was full but soon after called standby passengers and assigned them seats together. Staff at the boarding gates were rude and uncooperative. Leg room and space between passengers on the aircraft is horrible. I am only 67 inches tall and could hardly move an inch in my seat.

This has been one of the worst experiences with an airline. I was not allowed to receive a refund or a credit when puerto rico was under a terrible storm during the week i was supposed to travel and visit my family. I will not recommend this airline to anyone because they don’t accommodate for their customers. The representative told me
to “wait for them to cancel” to receive a refund. I lost $400 because evidently they never canceled the flight even amongst the hurricane that hit the Caribbean and is currently in florida right now.
