I was booked through American Express travel for a work trip. After flying to Boise I received a notification that my return trip had been canceled. I spoke with my business contact who had arranged the flight and he had it reinstated. The next day I received another notification that my ticket had been canceled again so I called the agent and was told that I was a no show on the flight I had taken to get to Boise so my ticket was canceled. The only flight available would arrive four hours later because the other flight was full already. Nothing other than sorry was offered and no responsibility was taken by anyone at the airline for separating me from my travel partner and delaying my trip for four hours (new flight is already delayed so hopefully it wont be more). Won't fly Alaska again, terrible customer service.
