As usual, Alaska Air provides excellent service from Portland to Phoenix. Flight attendants were friendly and had good sense of humor. Requested cheese platter before flight so was available even sitting in back of plane. Flight arrive early, bags were on the carousel by the time we arrived in baggage claim.

We frequently fly Alaska. They are very organized and we usually depart early and arrive at our destination early. The flight crew is very helpful and nice. My only complaint is is Alaska is discontinuing there service between Sacramento and Kona.

I have flown with all the major US carriers and can state that Alaska Airlines is far superior in safety, service, baggage allowances and impeccable on-time performance.
I highly recommend Alaska Airlines for your travel needs!

Once again Alaska Airlines provided excellent service to and from SFO/SEA. The reservations, TSA and Mobile Apps make traveling through the airports a breeze. The staff is always helpful throughout the process.

I usually spring for the Premium seats, they are wider seats, and usually more leg room. Friendly staff, and I’ve gotten some very good prices.
One time we flew into another airport to switch planes, but we sat on the tarmac for over an hour because they didn’t have a gate open for our flight... Really? You didn’t know we were flying in here? That delay made us miss our connecting flight, I was pissed, but my wife hates waiting, so she was highly perturbed.
Alaska Airlines made it right, though. Free room at the Peppertree Hotel, and $25 in vouchers for the next morning for breakfast in the airport.
