Once again Alaska Airlines provided excellent service to and from SFO/SEA. The reservations, TSA and Mobile Apps make traveling through the airports a breeze. The staff is always helpful throughout the process.

I usually spring for the Premium seats, they are wider seats, and usually more leg room. Friendly staff, and I’ve gotten some very good prices.
One time we flew into another airport to switch planes, but we sat on the tarmac for over an hour because they didn’t have a gate open for our flight... Really? You didn’t know we were flying in here? That delay made us miss our connecting flight, I was pissed, but my wife hates waiting, so she was highly perturbed.
Alaska Airlines made it right, though. Free room at the Peppertree Hotel, and $25 in vouchers for the next morning for breakfast in the airport.
We found a Canadian charter same day trip to observe polar bears at Churchill on Hudsons Bay leaving from Calgary. The least expensive routing was via Seattle enroute to Calgary where we over nighted to catch the charter next morning. We then caught the Alaska flight for return the following morning after spending the day at Hudsons Bay. Alaska was on time, inexpensive and made the overall trip possible.
Spacious seats, on time both inbound and outbound. FLight crew and ground crew were all very, very nice. Great experience all around.
Good flight. Mobility scooter in purpose built case (with large stickers on every side stating it was a mobility scooter - handle with care - fragile word and icon) damaged beyond repair !!!! Still waiting for replacements nearly 6 weeks on. Very disappointed as it is my independence - bad show Alaska Airlines
