Easy flight, a little more room in the seat and a great meal and plenty of liquid during the flight. Easy check in this end, a little longer at Perth as they don't have the kiosk gates.

The flight left on time and arrived on time in Melbourne. The quality of customer service was outstanding - the flight attendants were only too willing to offer service and the seats were very comfortable. We booked economy plus to ensure I could book my golf clubs as part of the luggage allowance. This also meant a spare seat between us in the cabin which was an added bonus for comfort.

We always use Air New Zealand when and wherever we can. AND going to Raro we either fly Premium Economy or Business. Coz we r on holiday the holiday starts in the plane and on the best airlines( in our opinion). So lovely to be looked after and heaps of room to relax during the flight. Although it’s a reasonably short flight we love to be comfortable. As I said it is a great start to your holiday, comfort and great service

In particular, I was impressed with the captains announcements from the flight deck. Clear and informative.

The flight was comfortable and the cabin staff efficient and very pleasant. My only gripe was that I had to transit through Los Angeles LAX and had to join so may different queues just to re-board the same flight! The only saving grace was that I didn't have to take my luggage off the plane there. Next time I am going on a western route airline, although I see that Air New Zealand are discontinuing their flight to London through Los Angeles LAX. Now I know why.
