“Nice to fly but boarding at Prague Airport needs improvements”

Staff in Prague airport at the gate could be more professional and kind. As well didn't got why invitation for boarding was announced in Russian, but not in Latvian (airBaltic's majority shareholder is Republic of Latvia). Service on board was excellent and cabin crew was really professional.

I was flyung business class. Crummy seats in the front.Was not offered any drink before take off, and nothing after being airborne. Meal arrived, and than I was offered something to drink. You have to improve dramatically, or give up having a business class.

Good service, new aircraft Bombardier CS300 was very comfortable, arrival was even 10 minutes ahead scheduled timeline.

I got what I paid for - two good, quick and inexpensive flights. The boarding in Warsaw started early, and the first plane (it was YL-BAE) had a dirty carpet, but these doesn't really bother me.

BEWARE! They charge you extra if you don't check in online 4h before boarding, and they have a crappy online check-in site that barely works. And no other options of check in at the airport, even though you only travel with hand luggage.

Apart from that it is a normal B-level airline, cramped seats, tiny toilet and you must pay for EVERYTHING "extra".

To make things worse, the employees we spoke with on the ground were very unpleasant.

The staff in the air were OK though, and the plane was fairly new.
