Absolutely disgusting - flying to Boston flight delays from Manchester left us late into Dublin so missed our connection - they then sent us to Minneapolis and left us stranded in 1100 miles from our destination - no customer service at all ! 60th Birthday Trip absolutely ruined - dreadful

I’ve been traveling for years and i decided to take my family on a cruise. We flew into Dublin in delta and then took Aer Lingus from Dublin to Southampton. They charged extra for bags and give you very little space for a regional bag to take on. Not worth the price. On top of that the plane its self was dirty. The seats were torn and the tray tables were sticky with sauce. On top of the the drinks they served had moled in the ice. The staff on the plane was nice but overall would not recommend and would find another airline.

I lost my luggage. Still after one month I sent email after email no response. Not even one reply. There is no personal you can contact by phone. In my experience this is the worst airline I ever flew

Delayed and cancelled flights and a slap in the face in the form of a 13 euro voucher for cancelling our flight, worst airline I’ve ever used. Period.

This is the worst air travel I have, the organization of the flight couldn't be worst.
This flight has a delay of 3 hours, during the embarkement the passagers have to wait on the windy tarmak, without any explanation, for almonst 45 minutes.
I never travel in this airline again!!!!
