Flew with this airline on their evening flight from Kalibo to Manila. I checked in online which was great as less hassle since I've got no check-in luggage. Departed and arrived virtually on time. Service from cabin crew was okay, but not the best. It's a pain getting on the bus to get to NAIA terminal 4 upon arrival though.

We left Clark a little late. But we arrived in Kaohsiung just in time. The pilot was a woman who did an amazing flight. The cabin crew were professional. My only fault is I did not pre-order a meal. But they did serve me one upon request.

Ground team has no emphaty on any issue that the passengers are going thru, especially when they caused the problem, in Philippines on the terminal 3 customer service are incapable of understanding any flight rules or passenger rights, or basic training how to handle enquirers, they will not care you, they will “shut the door at your face”...if you want peaceful travel stay away from AirAsia

constant quality along the time i have been using this company, making them trustworthy and reliable on what to expect when you deal with them, especially if compared with other low cost in asia and in europe. become my first choice for my trips.

First time we booked with AirAsia for international flight and we were very disappointed. We booked our Taiwan trip with Airasia for our anniversary and paid more than the regular rate because we added extra services such as luggage, seats and meals. We were so unfortunate to experience the long queue in immigration which made us missed our flights. But, Airasia did not do anything! Other airlines such as Cebupacific and big airlines were looking for their passengers at the immigration line and made a separate line to skip the queue but AIRASIA DID NOTHING. And to make it worst, when we arrived at the boarding area, the 2 staffs were NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. They just said the plane is gone and the next flight is at 10 PM but already fully booked. We got so upset and we were yelling at them because they were not giving us any solution and all they can say was "I understand" but they never understand the meaning of the word UNDERSTAND and they kept on over talking and did not even apologize until we said that we never heard any apologies from them. THIS IS THE CHEAPEST FLIGHT FROM THE PHILIPPINES BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND WE ARE NEVER BOOKING WITH AIRASIA AGAIN!
