Once I got to the airport, everything was fine ... but before? It was a nightmare. Their website is so poorly designed that it doesn't tell you that once you print your boarding pass you can no longer register your luggage ... and the boarding pass shows up first!
After going around and around (for 2 hours!), I gave up and tried to phone them. I was on "ignore" for 1.5 hours, and *still* didn't get to talk to anyone! I finally sent them an irate email (at about 6:00pm) asking what to do about my luggage and got an answer at 1:00am!
Once I got to the airport, it was all smiles and chuckles.
