Weather Question

We are thinking of taking a river boat cruise on the lower Mississippi that will end in New Orleans. What would be your suggestion as to the best time of year to do this? We are retired so time is flexible.

I am not a fan of high heat or humidity but also don’t want to be there during hurricane season. I know that is from June-November and hard to predict ahead of time.

Thanks for your suggestions.

1. Re: Weather Question

I would say November would be a good Month if you want to avoid heat, any time between then and March or April but it can get nippy in Jan Feb
