Picnic lunch from the Quintal Cafe. They also provide nice on-Premises lunches/ light suppers as well. I like the tiny Walkhams Gate Cafe for lunch too, order at the counter and the staff brings it to your table. Walkhams have great homemade desserts and sweets.

Look at Boreal Diner, Bonavista Social Club (actually located in Upper Amherst Cove), Mifflins Tea Room, Little Dairy King (nice fish dishes, and fabulous views) and Skippers Restaurant.
