I reserved a limo with Presidential for our trip in June, Yesterday I rec'd my credit card statement and I was already charged for the service. Has anyone ever used Presidential and is this a normal practice for them?

It's normal practice. All you need to show your driver is your confirmation and you're all set. If you need to cancel make sure you check their cancellation policy and do so in time in order to get a full refund.
